Your agreement
Let's get you online.
Here's exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and what I need from you. It's short on purpose.
The whole deal
-
What you get
One clean, professional website for your business — who you are, what you do, your hours, your contact details, and your photos. It works on phones, tablets and computers, and it's built to load fast.
-
What it costs
A flat price, agreed up front. No hourly billing, no surprises. Half when we start, half when your site goes live.
-
What I need from you
Your words and your photos. You can text them to me — a photo of your menu or your storefront is perfect. The clock starts when your content arrives, so the sooner you send it, the sooner you're live.
-
Changes
Once you see it, you get a full round of changes included — wording, photos, colours, layout. Just text me. After that, small tweaks are usually free too; I'll tell you plainly if something turns into a bigger job.
-
It's yours
The website and the web address are registered in your name, on your own accounts, paid on your own card. I set them up for you and I keep a backup copy of every version. If you ever want to walk away or move to someone else, everything goes with you. Nothing is locked to me.
-
What this doesn't cover
Selling online, taking payments, booking systems, customer logins, or a large multi-page site. Those are real work and a different price — I'll say so honestly before you spend anything, not after.
-
If it's not right
If you don't like what I build and I can't fix it, you don't pay the balance. What I can't be responsible for is things outside my hands — your web address expiring, your hosting company having a bad day, or losses to your business. I keep backups precisely so those days are recoverable.
